General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions are binding on the sole proprietorship of Marie-Alissandre Delafontaine and its clients (couples, families). This applies to: the celebration of secular ceremonies, the writing of texts, coaching, workshops, etc.
To be read and accepted before signing any contract or quote.
Article 2 – Order and quote
Each service begins with a personalized quote that includes details, terms, and rates, valid for 30 days. Acceptance of the quote requires a 20% deposit.
Article 3 – Services
Marie-Alissandre undertakes to organize the ceremony in accordance with the contract, after a prior meeting without obligation.
Article 4 – Customer Obligations
The client must provide the necessary information, respect the service providers' conditions, and not intervene without agreement.
Article 5 – Intellectual property
All texts and materials remain the property of Marie-Alissandre, unless otherwise assigned in writing. Photos of performances may be used for commercial purposes, unless prior written objection is received.
Article 6 – Rates
Prices are quoted excluding additional costs (travel, overnight stays, etc.). Travel outside the department is billed upon presentation of supporting documents.
Article 7 – Payment terms
20% upon signing the quote
50% halfway through the collaboration
30% on the day or within the following 7 days
Cancellations result in the retention of non-refundable deposits beyond certain deadlines.
Article 8 – Liability
The client is responsible for any damage caused during the ceremony. Marie-Alissandre declines responsibility for cases of force majeure or external service providers.
Article 9 – Cancellation
Depending on the cancellation deadline, a percentage of the amount is due (see the T&Cs provided with the quote). Cancellations are notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Exceptional postponements may be accepted.
Article 10 – Complaints & Disputes
Any claim must be received within 8 days of service. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts will sit at the location of the registered office.
Article 11 – Withdrawal period
The customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal after signing the quote, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
